LAM EB-5 is led by Lam Group’s CEO and Chairman, Mr. John Lam, originally an immigrant from Hong Kong and now a legendary businessman and New York City hotelier. The LAM EB-5 team consists of renowned immigration attorneys, consultants both in US and abroad, as well as real estate experts. We work seamlessly with our development and financing team to make sure the timing of the project works in favor of the EB-5 investors.

LAM EB-5 has successfully sponsored 30 Fletcher Street and 213 Pearl Street projects that are set to open sometime in August. Lam EB-5 will be continuously providing multiple investment projects developed by Lam Group.
